Overview

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary case manager and investigator for alleged violations of the Student Code of Conduct, including sanction recommendations as appropriate.

Duties & Responsibilities:     

 

Research, develop and deliver a variety of student enrichment programs with a creative approach to increase student participation and overall student experience.

Coordinate the logistical arrangements of student enrichment activities and events, including scheduling, marketing and purchasing to ensure successful outcomes.

Develop and maintain partnerships with institutions related to student development to support consistent membership and an active program.

Investigate and coordinate student conduct case and train/supervise student workers.

Maintain comprehensive documentation in the UDST database system.

Monitor student compliance with disciplinary sanctions.

Design, implement, and evaluate programming and resource materials in multiple areas of student conduct.

Develop and present relevant training programs for faculty, staff, and students.

Write and design publications and marketing materials that promote community standards, commitment to ethics, codes of conduct, and related procedures.

Manage academic misconduct cases.

Create and maintain an assessment plan to measure student learning outcomes.

Evaluate programs and makes recommendations on the student conduct process.

Support the work and initiatives of the Student’s Representative Council to encourage leadership development and improve student engagement.

Support the student enrichment activities and events ensuring successful outcomes.

Serve as back up for student life team and support Supervisor, Student Life.

Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Certifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is required

 

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

 

Language:

Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic language required.
