The successful candidate will provide technical and functional support for related business systems. The role will support system enhancements, integrations, reporting, troubleshooting, testing, and user support while ensuring the continued delivery of critical institutional services.

The successful candidate will maintain confidentiality compliance and follow all internal and governmental regulations regarding data management.

Highly motivated individual with strong work ethic, leadership skills and a desire to achieve organizational success. Demonstrates excellent time management, attention to detail, analytical thinking, decision-making, ability to analyze data and reporting techniques. A proactive can-do attitude to work, collaborative working and teamwork is essential. Commitment to service excellence, environmental analyses and benchmarking along with positive relationship building and effective working relationships across all levels of the organizations is desirable.

Qualifications  

Education and Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree required in related field.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience related field

Language:

Fluency in written and spoken English language required

Fluency in written and spoken Arabic language preferred
