University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST) was officially established by the Emiri Decision No13 of 2022, and it is the first national university specializing in academic applied, technical, and professional education in the State of Qatar. Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and complete HC system data.
  • Provide first-line functional support to HC system users.
  • Manage and track HC system requests, incidents, and enhancements.
  • Gather and document functional business requirements.
  • Prepare process flows and system documentation.
  • Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Support system enhancements, upgrades, releases, and implementations.
  • Maintain user guides, SOPs, and knowledge materials.
  • Provide system training and guidance to users.
  • Monitor data quality and resolve system/data inconsistencies.
  • Support system and data audits.
  • Support HC SharePoint sites and document libraries.
  • Coordinate system issues and requirements with the IT Directorate.
  • Prepare HC reports and validate report data.
  • Maintain records of system changes and configurations.
  • Support HC digital initiatives and post-implementation activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, system utilization, and efficiency.
  • Ensure confidentiality, appropriate access, and proper handling of HC information.
  • Coordinate with HC stakeholders and IT to resolve system-related matters.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management information Systems (MIS), Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
    • HRIS / HCM-related certification in platforms such as PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP Success Factors, or equivalent is preferred.
    • Business Analysis or process improvement certification such as ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, or equivalent is preferred.
    • Additional Training in Human Capital Information Systems, data management business process analysis, reporting, or Human Capital management is an asset.
    • Practical experience supporting HCM/ HRIS applications, employee data management, and HR related systems is required; exposure to payroll systems is considered an asset.

 

 

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressively responsible relevant experience supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) or Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), or enterprise business systems, including functional user support, data management, requirements documentation, functional testing, reporting, system documentation, and end-user-training.
  •   Experience coordinating system enhancement requests, UAT activities, or HR digital initiatives is preferred.
  • Experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM or a comparable enterprise HCM platform is preferred.

 

• Fluency in written and spoken English language is required.

• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic is preferred.
